Hi Dr. Richbourg,

If you could please forward this to the rest of the troop:

Hey Scouts,

I'm getting ready to do my Eagle Project and its a little different than others that you might have helped out with. I'm constructing a booklet for Mead Gardens and the City of Winter Park that catalogs the wildlife and everything about them inside the book.  What you guys will be doing is walking around Mead Gardens in pairs with a camera and a map. You will take pictures of any wildlife that you find and cataloging where you found it on the map.  Pretty simple and easy.  There is one overnighter camping trip that we will have to capture the nocturnal wildlife and I absolutely need 1 extra adult and 4 scouts for.  Since we cant have too many scouts running around at night for safety issues, those four slots are first come first serve. BUT I ABSOLUTELY NEED AT LEAST ONE EXTRA ADULT.  All of the other days there isn't a limit. If you can come for all of them, that'd be great, too. I can use as many scouts as I can. The dates are as follows and I would appreciate a quick response so I can plan food and such. We will meet at the entrance to Mead Gardens. Use this email account to respond (snaketcher@aol.com).

1/27/07    9 a.m. - 12 p.m. (you must bring your own water and whatnot)
2/3-4/07   5 p.m. - 8 a.m. (we provide Dinner on the 3rd and Breakfast the morning of the 4th)
2/10/07    9 a.m. - 12 p.m. (you must bring your own water and whatnot)
